Privacy Policy
LEGAL / 01Information we collect
What you send us through a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, the area you are in, and what you drive or what your shop does. We also collect ordinary website usage data, such as the pages you visit and the browser you use.
How we use your information
To answer you, to point you to the certified shop nearest you, and to pass your request to that shop so it can reach you. If you ask about becoming a partner, we use it to have that conversation with you.
How we share information
With the certified shop your request is routed to, and with the service vendors that run this site and our messaging on our behalf, who may use it only to do that work. We share it where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text Messaging Privacy (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we use it to reply to your inquiry and to send you updates about it. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We keep a record of your consent.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses cookies and similar tools to keep it working and to understand how it is used. Your browser settings control whether you accept them.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send us, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Consent records for text messages are kept for at least five years.
Your choices
Write to us at info@iconrocklearengine.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP.

This site explains ICON Rocklear and points you to the certified shop nearest you. The install itself, the quote for it and the work are the shop's, and your agreement for that work is with the shop.
Estimates, quotes and scope
Anything quoted before a vehicle is seen is an estimate. The shop confirms the price and the scope once it has looked at the vehicle, and a quote can change if the condition or the work differs from what was described.
Scheduling and access
An install needs the vehicle at the shop for the booked time. Arrangements for a late arrival or a cancelled appointment are between you and the shop.
Payments
Payment terms are set by the shop that does the work.
Warranty
The ICON Rocklear coating carries a 15-year automotive warranty, subject to its own written terms, including one inspection between 30 and 90 days after the install. The shop's workmanship is the shop's own. Damage from an impact, an accident or misuse is not covered.
Text Messaging Terms (SMS / MMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from ICON Rocklear, you agree to these messaging terms. We send messages about your inquiry, your booking and your service. Message frequency: varies. Message & data rates: may apply. Help: reply HELP, or email info@iconrocklearengine.com. Opt out: reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ICON Rocklear Engine Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. A claim about an install, the work or the vehicle goes to the shop that did the work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Where you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs what it covers, and these terms do not change it.
